Maybe blockchain is a honey badger… in which case “Honey Badger don’t care.

But its not that it doesn’t care about users who entrust it with funds… no, no that is not the case. It doesn’t care about people who are not party to the contract. Now if you make the legal system an oracle that the contract can rely on then the legal system IS a party to the contract.

In which case “Honey Badger DO care.”

So just figure out how to create an oracle system for contracts that interfaces with our legal system and we be good.
